Description:

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain firm fixed pricing for reimbursement of scrap metal collected from the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF). The LCSWMF is located at 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20175. While the scrap metal the facility collects is an indefinite quantity, the average annual quantity is approximately 1,000 short tons.
