Description

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the requirements for preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair services for HVAC systems at Building 1812 (Scott Inn), Scott AFB, IL. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials (unless otherwise specified), equipment, and transportation to ensure optimal performance of all HVAC equipment. The objective is to reduce equipment failures, extend the useful life of systems, maintain energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards.
