Removal of underground oil tank. Installation of high-efficiency propane fired heating, hot water and cooling system. Installation of one (1) above ground 1,000 gallon propane tank. 5. Construction of 12’x 24’ Storage Building with 12’x 16’ pavilion. 6. Replacement of existing doors and windows with new energy-efficient units with the. Installation of new door lock system.
