Scope of Services
It is the intent of the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida to establish a contract with the successful bidder who shall guarantee firm, fixed prices for the purchase of complete scoreboards (including training), all labor (including supervision, materials, equipment, tools, fuel costs, trip charges, mileage, vehicle charges, and travel times), and subcontracted services, when needed, for above and beyond the initial scoreboard installation and warranty. The specifications establish the minimum requirements for providing and installing scoreboards as described herein, to be used district wide by the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida and purchased on an as needed basis.
