The facility does not have the capacity to lift the forklift off the loading dock so the delivery truck MUST be able to lower the forklift to the ground.
The award will be made to a small business who provides the best overall price while meeting all requested salient characteristics.
Must be a domestic end product IAW FAR 52.225-1 and 52.225-2
