Project Description: UT Health San Antonio’s Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR) is initiating proposal development and editorial services to support the research infrastructure and extramural funding pillars of the research strategic plan. This RFP may be multi-awarded to several contractors with work allocated based on expertise and other requirements. Services will be requested on an as needed basis during the contract term. Services will not be limited to the OVPR; the award will serve the whole University. Funds will be disbursed to awarded contractors when services are rendered.
