East Carolina University is seeking a qualified design firm to provide design services for the Science & Technology Replacement Pre-Heat Coils project. This solicitation for design services is to include field evaluations of the existing equipment, preparation of bid documents, cost model and a phased design and construction schedule of a multi-phased construction sequence to minimize operational impacts to University Operations.
