The work on this consists of removing and replacing existing flat and tapered insulation and fully adhered EPDM roof systems, and associated work.
Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the providing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, and equipment; and, performing all work necessary to complete the removal of the EPDM roofs and the installation of new flat and tapered insulation and a fully adhered .090” thick EPDM membrane roof systems and the removal and reinstallation of the existing lightning system by an LPI certified Contractor, to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of, the Professional, West Chester University, and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
