Project Description: Sealed Bids for the Schuylkill Valley School District Ashley Way Water Connection Project will be received online by the Borough of Leesport, Berks County, Pennsylvania until 10:00 am local time on June 16, 2026. Online bids shall be submitted by way of the PennBid Program. Paper bids will not be accepted for this project. The Project consists of: Installation of approximately 875 LF of 8-inch sanitary water main, meter pit, ties to existing mains, associated fittings and valves and restoration of disturbed areas.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. PA Wage Rates Apply, and Performance and Payment Security equal to 100% of the contract amount is required.
The Borough of Leesport, Owner, hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, or portions thereof, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
