The Bristol Public Schools, Bristol, Connecticut is requesting Proposals to provide transportation services for certain school children residing in Bristol, Connecticut that are subject to the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act.
Proposals to provide such transportation services will be received in the office of the Purchasing Agent for the City of Bristol on behalf of the Bristol Board of Education.
Proposals are due no later than 2:00 am on February 5, 2025. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to Roger Rousseau, Purchasing Agent, no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive delivered to the address noted below; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above. Any proposal received after said date and time, whether hand-delivered, submitted via United States Postal Service, or submitted via any other delivery service, shall be declared invalid.
Proposals shall be all inclusive, including all vehicles, equipment, personnel, clerical services and other resources necessary to meet the transportation needs of the Board of Education.
