School Siding Replacement RFP

The Haines Borough is seeking qualified bids to replace approximately 5000 square feet of failing concrete board lap siding. The awarded contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing siding, along with trim and flashing as needed. Replace with 26-gauge Trilap steel siding by ASC Building Products, including matching trim and appropriate flashing. Color to be selected by owner. The new siding should be installed according to manufacturer’s recommendations and be completed with appropriate trim and flashing as needed.

The opening of the proposals will take place on Zoom in a public meeting.  Evaluations of proposals will not take place on this Zoom meeting.
