    QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
    1. Will the district consider proposals from companies that ONLY provide teletherapy in regards
    to this solicitation?
    - Yes
    2. What is the estimated number of positions needed (part-time vs. full-time)?
    - Four full time positions
    3. Will the district award more than 1 vendor?
    - No
    4. Is a local office required? Is there a preference for local vendors?
    - No a local office is not required
    5. Are you currently working with any agencies providing School Psychologist services to your
    District?
    - Yes
    6. Who are your current vendors and what prices do they charge?
    - AMN Healthcare, $90.00 per hour
    7. Have these vendors been able to meet all of your School Psychologist needs?
    - Yes
    8. How many School Psychologists (FTE) did each vendor provide to your District for the
    current 23/24 school year?
    - Two
    9. How many School Psychologists (FTE) do you anticipate needing for the upcoming 24/25
    school year?
    - Up to four
    10. How will vendors be notified of the award?
    - The department will reach out to the vendor if they were awarded the contract.
    11. Is it the district’s preference for School Psychologists to provide services on-site at the
    assigned school(s) or via teletherapy?
    - On site will always be preferred but virtual will also work.
    12. Will assigned School Psychologists have access to materials, supplies, equipment,
    evaluation kits, and protocols provided by your schools?
    - On site School Psychologists will have access to all materials listed.
    13. Will assigned School Psychologists have access to computers/ laptops and printers
    provided by your schools?
    - On site School Psychologists will have access to all materials listed.
    14. Is the contracting agency able to bill for both direct and indirect treatment time (paperwork,
    meeting, teacher consultations, etc.)?
    - Yes, within the 7.5 hours of daily service.
    15. Do contractors have to travel between schools during the workday? If so, are they required
    to clock out during travel between schools OR are they able to stay clocked in during travel
    between schools?
    - There might be travel between schools based on the assignment but the contractor will
    not be required to sign out when going between schools.
    16. How many hours are in a typical school day (i.e., how many hours are School Psychologists
    allowed to be on-site or virtual and billing)?
    - 7.5
    17. How many work days are they assigned for the school year?
    - 190 work day
    18. What is the average caseload for School Psychologists in your District?
    - Average of 50 per year but that may vary depending on the assignment.
    19. How will vendors be notified of the award?
    - The department will reach out to the vendor if they were awarded the contract.
    20. Will contracted School Psychologists work on teacher workdays, professional development
    days, etc.?
    - Yes
    21. Do you require resumes of the potential School Psychologist candidates included with our
    proposal submission or after award notification?
    - After the notification of award.
    22. Regarding the Cost Proposal Form: Can vendors add the proposed hourly rate for School
    Psychologist services on the “Base Bid” line?
    - Yes
    23. What is the estimated budget or rate cap for School Psychologist services?
    - No rate cap or estimated budget at this time.
    24. Does the district require the vendor to have a Georgia office?
    - No, there is not a requirement for a Georgia office
    25. Will the district accept electronic signatures on required forms?
    - Yes
    26. Which vendors are currently providing the services requested?
    - AMN Healthcare
    27. What rates are you paying each vendor by discipline?
    - $90.00 per hour
    28. Have your current vendors been able to meet all of your existing service needs? If not,
    which of your needs are not being met?
    - Yes
    29. What is the total budget allotted for this contract?
    - Currently there is no set budget for this contract.
    30. Will the District provide laptops and necessary supplies to perform the scope of work?
    - For on site contractors, the district will provide access to the supplies necessary to
    perform their job duties.
    31. Will the District provide assessments, protocols, and evaluation tools to perform the scope
    of work?
    - For on site contractors, the district will provide access to the supplies necessary to
    perform their job duties.
    32. How many students have been referred for evaluations in the past school year (22-23) and
    the current school year (23-24)?
    - The evaluations vary from assignment to assignment across the district. The average is
    anywhere from 50 to 60.
    33. What is the current referral process?
    - Please reference the Glynn County Schools website and reference the Special
    Education tab. The policy and procedural manual is posted there and will outline the
    referral process.
    34. How many psychologists are needed?
    - Current needs are four FTE employees
    35. Are psychologists required to travel to multiple school locations?
    - Travel between sites might be required based on assignment.
    36. What is the approximate breakdown of hours for evaluations vs. direct student services
    counseling and/or other crisis intervention services as described on page 4, Section C.2?
    - These hours may vary.
    36. How often do Manifestation Determination meetings occur?
    - Varys based on assignment but will increase in middle and high schools.
    37. Does “offering guidance on complaint procedures to special education staff
    and administrators, particularly related to IEPs and discipline” refer to input during
    the Manifestation Determination meetings only or something more intensive, like
    a professional development training series?
    - This would refer to Manifestation Determination meetings.
    38. On page 4, Section C.2 Does “through small groups of targeted audiences” refer to group
    counseling for students? If not, can you please clarify who and what this refers to?
    - Yes, that would be referencing counseling groups with students.
    39. Will you accept proposals from vendors that provide assessment services (initial, re-
    evals, and giftedness assessments) via a teletherapy platform?
    - Yes
    40. Does the district have a preference for pricing structure for these services? Hourly vs.
    flat fee? Per assessment/evaluation?
    - Hourly
    41. Will the district be awarding more than 1 vendor?
