The University of Houston is seeking interested firms to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to miscellaneous repairs on roofs, exterior walls and windows in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Price Consulting, INC and issued on 12/01/2025, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 @ 9:00 AM CT via Zoom. Prospective respondents must register in advance through the following link:

Respondents will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting after registering.

There will be a mandatory site visit on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM CT at the University of Houston Moores School of Music, 3333 Cullen Blvd, Houston, TX 77004. Please meet at the front door of the entrance to the building.

Failure to attend both, the mandatory pre-proposal zoom meeting and the site visit, will result in disqualification.
