School Facilities Planning and Educational Visioning
for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 8

The Town of Wayland, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, is seeking proposals for a Consultant to evaluate the current condition and future needs of Wayland Public School buildings and educational programs in order to develop a long-term facilities master plan aligned with the district’s strategic vision for teaching and learning. The Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained from the Town website at https://www.wayland.ma.us/bids .

Proposals are due on August 11, 2025 until 12:00 Noon to the Superintendent’s Office, Wayland Public Schools, 41 Cochituate Road, Second Floor, Wayland, MA 01778. Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its proposal is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that proposals are sent in advance of the due date and time. Late proposals will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
