Schlagel Park Stormwater Main Replacement

The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for
the
Schlagel Park Stormwater Main Replacement
P
roject.
This project provides for the replacement of approximately 625 lineal feet of 48” diameter stormwater pipe, restore and repave existing asphalt access road, restripe existing parking lot, landscaping and irrigation, and provide traffic control during construction. All in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Municipal Construction.
This contract has sixty (60) working days to complete the work.
Bidders may obtain bid documents, including plans and specifications, at the City of Pasco’s Plan Room, beginning

. Bidders may obtain digital files at no cost. Printed documents are available, at bidders’ expense, by choosing the “Order” option.

The Contractor will not be charged a fee to submit a bid.

All bids must be accompanied by a “Good Faith Token” in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid.

Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are eligible to perform services as governed by PMC 14.15 and who are listed on the City of Pasco’s Plan Room Plan Holders list for this project. Upon award, Contractor (and subcontractors) shall have a current City of Pasco Business License.
The City of Pasco has no scheduled pre-bid walkthrough at the site/facility.
Projects funded wholly or in part by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR 570.502, 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200.
