Project Description: Schematic / Environmental services for the Laredo District: Laredo Outer Loop- interim 4- lane divided highway and ultimate freeway Section.
1.) CSJ: 0922-33-182 Segment VI Future Outer Loop: From US-59, to SH-255 (Camino Colombia Road). Total segment length is approximately 27.5 miles.
2.) CSJ: 0922-33-039 Segment V Future Outer Loop: From SH-359, to US-59. Total segment length is approximately 6.5 miles.
3.) CSJ: 0922-33-182 Segment VI Future Outer Loop: From the SL-20 extension (Cuatro Vientos), to SH-359. Total segment length is approximately 11.5 miles.
