13 March 2025: Amendment 2 was issued to update Attachment 7, Atlantic Barge Pricing Matrix, est qty of CLINs 3005, 3006, and 3007 from "12" to "2". The document name has been updated to Attachment 7, Atlantic Barge Pricing Matrix v.2.

20 March 2025: Amendment 3 was issued to:

1. Updated Attachment 2, Business Proposal, question #4 from FAR provision 52.212-3 to FAR provision 52.209-7. The document name has been updated to Attachment 2, Business Proposal v.2.
