Electronic bids will be received via Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com on behalf of the Cobb County Board of
Commissioners until 12:00 noon on August 27, 2026, for furnishing all labor, material, equipment and other things
necessary for the complete construction of:
Project No./Project Name: B2742 / Schaffer Road Sidewalk Phase 2
Project Description: The project consists of the construction of approximately 0.3 miles of sidewalk along
the north side of Schaffer Road between the Center for Children & Young Adults
and Favor Road. Cobb County Water System work is also included.
Project Duration: The time allowed for performance of the project will be 300 days from issuance of
Notice to Proceed.

Contractor must meet the current bid requirements of the Georgia Department of Transportation.
Contractor and their subcontractors are required to be in compliance with the "Georgia Security and Immigration
Compliance Act."

42 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, part 21
