Scenic Ridge Park Improvements Project

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid program by West Cornwall Township for the Scenic Ridge Park Improvements Project until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Monday, June 8, 2026. The bid results will be posted on PennBid shortly thereafter.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
The work generally includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing basketball and playground equipment and mulch, construction of two (2) pickleball courts, installation of new playground structure, installation of new playground mulch, installation of new chain link fence with gates, and all other associated work as fully described in the bid specifications.
Questions shall be submitted via the “Public Q&A” feature within PennBid.
Pursuant to Act 89, bidders are advised that prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids over $25,000.00 and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project.
West Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
