The Snohomish Conservation District (SCD) plans to develop a Natural Resources Center (NRC) and needs to raise approximately $10 million to cover construction costs. SCD is soliciting proposals for a Capital Campaign Consultant to guide our fundraising effort. SCD shall award a contract to a qualified Submitter based upon expertise, qualifications, and costs.
