The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the successful execution of the work of installing a 2” water tap onto the existing City of West Columbia water main. Project includes installation of water meter, backflow preventor, post hydrant and other components detailed in project drawings and specifications. Exclude 2” service line already installed.
