Project Description: Work of this Contract comprises the general construction required for the renovation of
the old SCCPSS Mercer Middle School which will house four different school programs:
Building Bridges High School, Building Bridges Middle School, Wings Elementary, and
SCELA.
The Work includes, but is not limited to site, structural, architectural, plumbing,
mechanical, and electrical systems.
