Description

Provide Scalable Solar-powered Electric Bus Charging System with the following requirements:




  • Stand-alone islanded electrical system with no alternating current (AC) connection to the utility grid

  • Direct current (DC) coupling between generation, storage, and electric vehicle (EV) chargers with DC input and output

  • Replicable and scalable to demonstrate a non-wired alternative to grid tied vehicle charging

  • Domestic as defined by FAR 52.225-9, Buy American Act-Construction Materials

  • UL-listed
