SCADA Repair, Parts, & Support Service for Water, Wastewater and Stormwater

Project Description: The purpose of this specification is to establish a thirty six (36) month Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service agreement for (1) parts repair, replacement parts, software support, and programming of the City’s ALERT system and (2) parts, repair, replacement parts software support and server upgrades of the City’s Water Treatment Plants, Water Pumping & Distribution, Water Collection, Wastewater Treatment Plants and Stormwater operations. ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
