Bid Solicitation: SBY-Construct New Fuel Farm

Wicomico County is seeking bids from Qualified Vendors to construct a New Fuel Farm at the Salisbury-

Wicomico Regional Airport in conformity with the requirements contained herein Bid Documents.

Bid Documents for the above referenced project may be obtained from the Wicomico County Purchasing

Department by either e-mailing the Purchasing Department, at purchasing@wicomicocounty.org or by

calling 410-548-4805 during normal business hours, or via the County’s Bids page on the County’s

website. Vendors are responsible for checking this website for addenda prior to submitting their bids.

Wicomico County is not responsible for the content of any Bid Document received through any third

party bid service. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of

their Completed Bid Documents.

A Pre-bid meeting is scheduled at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at the site, Salisbury-Ocean

City: Wicomico Regional Airport, 5485 Airport Terminal Rd., 1st Floor Conference Room, Salisbury,

MD 21802.

The last day for questions will be noon on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.

Sealed Bid Documents are due no later than Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. and will be

opened and read aloud in the Purchasing Department located at 125 N. Division Street, Government

Office Building Room B-3 Salisbury, MD 21801.

Late Bid Documents will not be accepted.

Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation.
