The State University of New York at Stony Brook intends to make this purchase under its discretionary authority, pursuant to State Finance Law ยง163(6) and NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a) which is up to $125,000.00 for the above-referenced products. Interested parties should contact the Procurement Department as indicated below to discuss the opportunity. A sealed bid will not be held. This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is issued by the State University of New York at Stony Brook (hereinafter referred to as "SUNY") to solicit bids for The Athletics Department Website hosting and services or equivalent, to the State University of New York at Stony Brook, NY 11794 services, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook RFP 24/25-061MC.
