General Description

This Event is issued by the State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) to solicit proposals to provide all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to perform the general maintenance, service calls, replacement and emergency service to both natural gas and diesel fueled emergency standby generators and the associated automatic transfer switches (ATS), load bank testing, and as-needed rental at various locations on Stony Brook University Main Campus, Stony Brook University Hospital, Stony Brook University Southampton Campus, and at offsite locations belonging to, owned, operated or managed by the State University of New York at Stony Brook, NY 11794.

Mandatory, In-Person Bidder's Conference

The Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for June 2nd, 2025 at 2:30 PM EST. The conference will be held in Conference Room A, Building 17 (Procurement Office) Research & Development Park, 1512 Development Drive, Stony Brook, NY 11794

Bidders are required to attend. Failure to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will result in rejection of your proposal.
