Description:

This Event 24/25-157MC is issued by the State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) to solicit proposals to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and services to perform regular on call maintenance and repair/retrofits/and or replacements of existing Reciprocating, Non-reciprocating and Scroll Air Compressors, Air Dryers, After Coolers, Intercoolers and Receiver Tanks in accordance with the manufactures recommendation's, (O&M manuals) and technical bulletins. All compressors and components are located on the main campus of Stony Brook University, campus Residential, R&D campus, Southampton Campus and other off-site properties belonging to, managed or operated by the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794, services as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 24/25-157MC.

IN-PERSON CONFERENCE

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference:

The Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for April 24th, 2025 at 2:00 PM EST. The conference will be held in Conference Room A, Building 17 (Procurement Office) Research & Development Park, 1512 Development Drive, Stony Brook, NY 11794

Bidders are required to attend the conference if they intend to submit a bid. Failure to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will result in rejection of your proposal.
