The St. Joseph County Airport Authority invites the submission of proposals by qualified respondents to lease, finance, construct, and operate food and beverage, retail, passenger amenities, and vending concessions at South Bend International Airport . This Request for Proposals is for the redevelopment of the airport concessions program for pre-security, post-security, and commuter rail line with the goal of reimagining the entire concessions program at SBN after the expiration of the current concession agreement on May 31, 2026. The RFP will be posted to the SBN website at the following link: https://flysbn.com/doing-business/ on Friday, September 12, 2025. A notice with key dates is currently available.
