RFP No.: SB20250902Project: Statewide Tunnel Repair and InspectionsThe Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services to the Department for tunnel inspection, evaluation, tunnel related preliminary design and maintenance, repair plans and estimates, final design and maintenance repair plans, peer review of work performed involving tunnels, review of shop drawings, and construction on tunnel projects deemed necessary by the Department.
