SB009-25 Lawrenceville Wayfinding Signs Project

The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items:
¿ TRAFFIC CONTROL (PEDESTRIAN AND VEHICULAR) during all stages.
¿ DEMOLITION including removal, clearing and grubbing.
¿ SITE WORK, EARTH WORK including grading and excavation.
¿ CONCRETE including remove, install, and replace concrete.
¿ OUTDOOR SIGNAGE. Including but not limited to provide and install mountained painted aluminum signages with foundation, vynil finishes, mounting, and reflective graphics applied. Contractor must match proposed new signage with the existing signage located downtown Lawerenceville. Shop drawings/mockups to be submitted to owner prior to the fabrication of any products.
¿ Re-grout all exist. structures & site clearing/cleaning.
¿ The equipment and materials to be furnished by the Contractor will be installed at the locations shown on the Drawings and as described in the respective section of these specifications.
¿ All work shall comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements and specifications.
¿ The latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Georgia Department of Transportation, shall govern the construction of this project.
