1. Can you please elaborate on what order cadence will look like? The

documentation says orders will be placed throughout the year and

must be fulfilled within a 2-week timeframe of the request.

Orders will be placed approximately monthly throughout the year and

must be filled within 2 weeks.

2. Please confirm that samples are required as part of the bid

submission. Yes, Samples are required.

3. What is the preferred award method (Line-Item, All-Or-None, etc.)?

Bidders can bid on both Naloxone and FTS or just one or the other

and will be reviewed via line-item.
