SB 1383 Compliance Software
The City of Lake Forest is seeking a web-based SB 1383 Compliance Software platform to replace its current reliance on cloud-based storage file sharing solution and CalRecycles' Implementation Record spreadsheet. The key objectives are to centralize all SB 1383 compliance data in a single system of record, automate all sections of the Implementation Record ("IR") and Electronic Annual Report ("EAR") submissions, streamline outreach and enforcement, and eliminate data lag and duplication.

Project Description
The City of Lake Forest is seeking a web-based SB 1383 Compliance Software platform to centralize all SB 1383 compliance data in a single system of record, automate all sections of the Implementation Record ("IR") and Electronic Annual Report ("EAR") submissions, streamline outreach and enforcement, and eliminate data lag and duplication.
The services are expected to be completed within three years from contract award. The City anticipates awarding a contract with an initial term of May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029 . The City will have the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional one year terms. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the City, at its sole discretion, will not move forward with the renewal option and shall re-procure the work.
