Sauk County Comprehensive Plan Update

Sauk County, Wisconsin (the County) is soliciting a request for proposals for a qualified consultant(s) to assist in the preparation of Sauk County’s Periodic Comprehensive Plan Update. The Comprehensive Plan will guide future growth, development, and community building in Sauk County using a robust public engagement process. The Comprehensive Plan will serve as both a physical plan and policy guide to be used by elected officials, appointed boards, staff, community members, and other decision makers who are charged with shaping the future of Sauk County. The County anticipates that this will be a multi-year project and contracting will be phased/executed beginning in March 2025, with contract amendments annually based on budget allocations through 2027.
