Additional Instructions
Once completed, the Excel Price Form, Attachment B, must be uploaded and submitted in eMMA. In addition, Bidders must enter the Total Bid Price from Cell J30 directly into eMMA as the lump sum bid price. Failure to submit both the completed Excel Price Form and the lump sum amount entered in eMMA shall result in the bid being deemed non-responsive by the Procurement Officer. Also Vendors interested in attending the site visit on July 22, 2026, must contact the Procurement Officer via email no later than July 13, 2026, with a completed Attachment 3 – Site Visit Response Form (ECI and ECI Annex).
