Saratoga Springs 2025 Waterwise Landscaping Project IFB/RFB

Project Description: Project Description
The Project consists of replacing existing turf grass with new waterwise local landscaping at two locations in the City, replacing existing sprinkler irrigation controllers with new WeatherTrak controllers at 24 sites, and providing new electric power services at three locations.
The Division of Purchasing is in the process of migrating the Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”) over to a new platform called Bonfire. We will post and collect bids on both sites.
Pre-bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The meeting location is the Saratoga Springs Public Works located at 213 N 900 E, Saratoga Springs, UT 84043. A site visit to both pond sites will follow the pre-bid conference. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and a site visit to both pond sites.
The City is transitioning bidding processes; Bids may be submitted through one of these methods:
1. Utah Procurement Place – Jaeggar/SciQuest U3P
2. Utah Procurement Place - Bonfire U3P
