The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) and Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) Business Technology Support (BTS) division intend to enter into an agreement with SAP SuccessFactors, Inc. for SAP SuccessFactors software suite subscription renewal for a 12-month term.

SAP SuccessFactors software provides MHFA with an integrated suite of talent management solutions, including performance management, goal setting, recruiting and onboarding, learning and development, and other related features. The system supports the Human Resource (HR) needs of MHFA and is critical to maintaining compliance with the State of Minnesota’s retention schedule for HR files.

MHFA and BTS have determined that the SAP SuccessFactors software is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product. This is deemed a single source because this software is not available from other third parties.
