The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract to furnish all planting labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, and materials to perform tree planting services for the Oregon Department of Forestry in the Santiam State Forest in Northwest Oregon. The successful low bidder will begin this Contract on September 8, 2025, with all planting to be completed between January 8, 2026, and no later than June 30, 2026.
