Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit :Department of Natural Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Services to plant shrubs. This includes providing labor, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through the completion of the project.
