The City of St. Petersburg is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide, deliver, and install gym equipment at the Sanitation Departments' new fitness center.

Due to the nature of sanitation workers' responsibilities, a fitness center will help to eliminate work-related injuries and promote healthier employees, thus reducing the number of workers compensation cases.
The Sanitation Department is completing a 20,000 square foot facility which includes a fitness area for approximately 215 employees. The current size of the fitness area is approximately 15' wide and 27' long.
