The City of Urbandale announces the availability of plans and specifications for the following public improvement project:

Project: 2026 Sanitary Sewer Spot Repair Program

Project No.: 2026-031-300

Estimate: $90,000

Major Items:

• Approximately 12 CIPP point repairs
• Pre-rehabilitation cleaning and inspection, additional sewer cleaning, removal of protruding service connections, building service reinstatements and traffic control.

Letting Date:          1:30 PM, June 10, 2026

Completion Date:   February 26, 2027

Copies of the plans and contract documents will be available online on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from the City of Urbandale website, under the Department of Engineering and Public Works, Projects Out to Bid, at http://www.urbandale.org/185/Projects-Out-to-Bid .
