The Village of Western Springs, Cook County, Illinois, does hereby invite sealed proposals for the following improvements at the Village of Western Springs Clerk’s Office, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois, 60558-0528 until 10:00 AM, May 7, 2025.

Village of Western Springs Sanitary Sewer Point Repairs 2025 – Springdale & Ridgewood Subdivisions

Proposals will be publicly read aloud after 10:00 AM on may, 27, 2025. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the proposals without the consent of the President and Board of Trustees for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of closing bids.

All proposals shall be sealed in an envelope addressed to the Village of Western Springs, attention Village Clerk. The name and address of the bidder and the name of the project shall also appear on the outside of the envelope. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Engineer.
