The work included under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision required to complete the “2025 Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Contract” Project along various roadways within the South Erlton neighborhood including various locations for manhole rehabilitation within Cherry Hill Township, Camden County, New Jersey.
DESCRIPTION
In general, the scope of this project includes but is not limited to the following:
A. Mobilization (Maximum 3% of Contract per NJAC 7:14-2.9) – Mobilize to the project site. Provide bonds, insurance, and documentation required as part of these Contract Documents.
B. Pre and Post Construction Cleaning and Televising – Provide pre and post lining cleaning and television inspections of the sanitary sewer system; all debris removed from sanitary sewer shall be disposed of at an approved disposal site.
C. Bypass Pumping System, if and where directed – Provide all required by-pass pumping systems as specified herein.
D. Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining, Sanitary Sewer, Complete (8-inch) - Rehabilitate sanitary sewer of varying size, using cured-in-place pipe lining, as specified herein.
E. Lateral Reinstatement after CIPP Liner Installation ( 8-inch) – Reinstate all sewer laterals after the completed lining of sanitary sewer, as specified herein.
F. Removal of protruding service connections – remove or trim protruding service connections that will affect s
G. Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation, Complete – Rehabilitate sanitary sewer manholes utilizing a lining system, as specified herein.
H. Ladder Rungs, Installation Complete – Removal of existing ladder rungs and reinstall new as specified herein.
I. Sanitary Sewer Repair of varying depths – As directed by Department of Engineering, excavate and repair identified segments. Shall include bedding, select fill and dga.
J. Maintenance and Protection of Traffic – Contractor shall provide for all necessary traffic control.
K. Police Traffic Directors, if and where directed - Contractor shall provide uniform police for traffic control purposes as specified herein.
