Sealed bids must be marked “2026-2027 Sanitary Sewer Lateral Repair Program” and submitted to the City Clerk's Office, City of Belleville, 101 South Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois, by 10:00am, Thursday, July 16, 2026, after which, at 10:00am bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. The bid package may be obtained from the Belleville City Clerk, 101 South Illinois Street, Belleville, IL 62220, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or online at https://www.belleville.net/bids.aspx&nbsp ;

Per City of Belleville Ordinance, the successful bidder will be required to execute a Project Labor Agreement with the Southwestern Illinois Building Trades Council for this project.
