Sanitary Sewer Extension 1686 Sunset Road

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Nolensville is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for a sanitary sewer extension at the Town of Nolensville. The project includes 901 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer, 4 new manholes with two open cut stream crossings connecting to an existing manhole.

Proposal Submission Deadline:
Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered.
Proposals will be publicly opened on the same day.

SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ Proposal for Sanitary Sewer 1686 Sunset Road ” and delivered or mailed to:

The Town of Nolensville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee.

The Town will maintain a list of all questions and responses, which will be periodically distributed as addenda and posted on the Town’s website. Questions received after 4:00 PM CST on Thursday, June 18, 2026, will not be answered. Responses to questions will be issued as written addenda and posted on the Town’s website. A final addendum, if necessary, will be posted on or before 4:00 PM Central Time on Monday, June 22, 2026.

A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required, and all work shall be completed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Request for Proposal.
