Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvements Manhole Rehabilitation

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, licensed, insured, and experienced Contractor for II Rehab Project – Manhole Rehabilitation. Work consists of the following: Replacing 86 frame and covers on manholes 24" to 60" in diameter in paved and unpaved areas, replacing riser/extension rings on 4 manholes, reset frame and cover on 4 manholes in paved and unpaved areas, replace cover bolts on 1 manhole, raise 2 manholes, replace bolted frame and cover on 1 manhole, point injection grouting on 10 manholes, 123 VF of curtain grouting on manholes 36" to 72" in diameter, 962 VF of epoxy or alternate lining in manholes 24" to 60" in diameter, 27 bench and invert rehabilitations, 15 pipe seal rehabilitations, 4 flexible chimney liners, remove and replace 5 manholes in paved and unpaved areas, traffic control and bypass pumping.  All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the City in the IFB-26-14 Bidding Documents, for the City of Bentonville Water Utilities Department.

There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 12:15 PM CST, located at City of Bentonville Municipal Complex, Water Utilities Conference Room A133, 3200 SW Municipal Drive Bentonville, AR 72712. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Meeting is optional, but highly encouraged. City Staff will meet Bidders in attendance and begin the pre-bid meeting at 12:15 PM sharp.
