Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvements Open Cut Replacements

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, licensed, insured, and experienced Contractor Installation of approximately 509 LF of 8" and 12" PVC SDR 26 gravity sewer (open cut), 15 service lateral reconnections, 336 LF of 4" PVC service lateral pipe, 1 cast in place manhole (48" diameter), 27 SY of concrete removal and replacement, 22 SY of concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, 22 LF of concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, 651 SY of asphalt removal and replacement, abandonment of 1 manhole, plugging of existing pipe, 4 connections to existing manholes, 30.13 VF of epoxy or alternate manhole lining in a 48" diameter manhole, replacing 1 frame and cover, raising 1 manhole, erosion control, traffic control and bypass pumping..  All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the City in the IFB-26-13 Bidding Documents, for the City of Bentonville Water Utilities Department.

There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 11:30 AM CST, located at City of Bentonville Municipal Complex, Water Utilities Conference Room A133, 3200 SW Municipal Drive Bentonville, AR 72712. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Meeting is optional, but highly encouraged. City Staff will meet Bidders in attendance and begin the pre-bid meeting at 11:30 AM sharp.
