2025-2028 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning & Televising Program

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received online via the PennBid Program by Clifton Heights Borough, Delaware County until 10:00 A.M Tuesday, February 18th, 2025 for:
2025-2028 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning & Televising Program:
The project consists of the removal of all sludge, mud, sand, gravel, rocks, bricks, grease, roots and protruding laterals from the sanitary sewer pipes in the delineated areas of the Borough, and the closed-circuit televising of the pipes after cleaning. Sanitary sewer pipes will be accessed by opening or unbolting manhole lids, for which the contractor is responsible. Locating manholes is the sole responsibility of the contractor. The project will be phased over a four (4) year period.

Each bid must submit online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the first year’s bid payable to the Brough of Clifton Heights.
Notice is hereby given to the requirements contained in this Bid Package particularly to the various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for the yearly submittal of one hundred percent (100%) Performance, Payment Bonds, and Contractor Pollution Liability Insurance.
Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Borough.
