Project Description: The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to secure pricing and establish a term contract with qualified firms to provide Sanitary Landfill Leachate and Gas Collection System Cleaning Services, on an as needed basis, in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications listed herein.
