The Western Virginia Water Authority ( “the Authority”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms (“Firms”) to provide Sanitary Collection System Flow Monitoring Services. The goals and objectives of these services are described in the Statement of Need section of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The specific scope of services will be negotiated with the successful Firm during the negotiation phase of this procurement.
